FAQs
How long does it take?
Bespoke designs need a little longer than the Customisable orders – more design time and to-and-fro with you to make sure it’s right.
I would always recommend contacting and booking your stationer as soon as you know you’d like to have them onboard – slots fill up, especially for bespoke work.
I’ve created a handy Wedding Timeline Checklist, which should help you get your timings right.
How much will it cost?
Costs are dependent on quantities but there are basic design costs involved, so lower quantities tend to cost more per unit.
You can see prices for customisable designs in my shop, and example prices for bespoke orders here but if you’d like exact figures, get in touch with your items and quantities. If you’d like a few items, I can create a custom package for you too.
What can I have?
I’ve got an idea (x, y, z). Can you do that?
Yes, anything you want! As long as it matches my style, our timeframes align and I think we’re a fit, I’m game!
If I don’t think we’re a match, I’ll always try to recommend someone who I think might be.
Get in touch or book a free 30minute chat and we’ll unfold your stationery.
We’re getting married abroad.
Can you ship our stationery abroad?
Yes! I ship worldwide using Royal Mail and DHL Express, so you can track and control your delivery.
There may be additional shipping charges but I’ll discuss these with you before proceeding and you will be responsible for any duty.
We only need a table plan / invitations / etc.
Is that okay?
Absolutely! I currently don’t have a minimum order, so you can simply order what you need.
We don’t have our exact details yet.
Can we still book you?
Of course!
To secure your booking and design slot for …
Customisable orders:
Place your order online for the minimum quantity you think you’ll need – I your numbers increase, I can adjust the total when we go to production and invoice you for the difference.
Bespoke orders:
Book a chat to make sure we’re a fit and you’ll then complete my booking form – after reading my T&Cs – and pay a £100 deposit, which is deducted from you final invoice.
Where are you based?
I live and work in the Tweed Valley in the Scottish Borders, but with stationery, location isn’t a boundary – I don’t need to be with you on the day!
We’ll conduct most of our communications through email and virtually and I can post samples to you as well.
